Hours of Operation: 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM
Rainbow River Anza Pre-Kindergarten is located on campus of the Juan de Anza Elementary School, Wiseburn School District. We provide Pre-Kindergarten enrichment program to provide children with the skills to help ensure their success in their school experience. We believe in the integration of both recreation and education to provide a wide variety of "total experiences" for children.

Kory Higgins
Supervising Director/Program Director
Kory comes from a family of teachers, which is where he acquired a love for teaching and working with children. He is a father of 3 children and strives to be a good role model for his children and all the children at the center. Kory has a degree in Child Development Education and Elementary Education from Cal State Dominguez Hills and a Degree in Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Bernadine Middleton
Pre-k Director
Bernadine has been working at Rainbow River since 2003 and has a degree in Child Development. She loves working with children and spending time with her family and friends.

Angela Adkins
Pre-k Master Teacher
Angela has a B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education and over 7 years experience working with children ages 3 to 5 years old. Her passion is enhancing young children’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical development through engaging developmentally appropriate activities.
Vicky Navarro
Pre-k Master Teacher
Vicky graduated from Cal State University Fullerton with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development. She enjoys the opportunity given to her every day to enrich the lives of children and provide a loving environment for all children.
Anushka Goonawaradana
Pre-k and School Age Teacher
Anushka has been with Rainbow River since 2008 and enjoys working with children very much. She is very passionate about providing a loving and caring environment for the children at Rainbow River.
Ana Olivares
Pre-K and School Age Teacher
Ana is a mother of three and a wife of a military veteran. She is passionate about nature (especially bugs) and the arts. She has been with Rainbow since 2009 and takes pride in working with children.
Brytiny Howard
Pre-K Teacher
Brytiny attends CSULA where she will graduate in 2012 with a B.A in Child and Family Studies, a certification in Parent Education as well as a minor in Sociology. Before CSULA Brytiny graduated LACC with an A.A. in Child Development and spent 3 years in Italy teaching English to both children and adults.
